Don began working summers at the company in 1975. He came in full time in 1981 after completing his Mechanical Engineering degree at Auburn University. He has worked in the business since that time, becoming president and CEO in 1992.

Benny started with Pinson Valley Heat Treating in March 1988 as part-time help for odd jobs. He then transferred to our Standard department where He loaded and operated furnaces. In 1991, he transferred to our Atmosphere department to run 2nd shift on our All Case heat-treating line and attended school at the University of Alabama, Birmingham (UAB). In 1993, he received a Bachelors degree in marketing and was promoted to salesman. In 1995, he received his MBA from UAB. In 2002, he was promoted to Vice President of operations and sales. He added duties of General Manager to his PVHT responsibilities shortly thereafter until, in 2020, he was promoted to President.

James started at PVHT in 1975 and became Mr. Parker's right hand man. He helped build many of the furnaces used today. He is the Standard Department Manager. He is the most senior member of Pinson Valley with a wealth of knowledge about heat treating.

Justin joined PVHT in April 2012, starting in the Standard Department. He worked his way through all departments in the plant while finishing his Business Degree from The University of Alabama. After taking on the role of Director of Operations in 2019, Justin now oversees all production activities at PVHT.

Glen came to Pinson Valley in 2015. He is a retiree from the US Navy, where he performed Maintenance Management and Quality Management roles in the Naval Aviation field. After retiring from the Navy, he entered the heat treat industry as a Quality Manager, focusing on metallurgical principles, process control and continual improvement.

Mark joined the Pinson Valley Heat Treating Sales Team in June of 2013 after spending over 30 years in the foundry industry working in manufacturing, sales and management. Please contact PVHT if we can help your company meet any of its heat treating needs.
